The foreign students must follow the rules made for normalized foreign students’ apartment management：

1.Foreign students’ apartments are not allowed to be rented or transferred with only use right not ownership.

2.The foreign students can stay in foreign students’ apartments within the time schedule stipulated  in the study contract with our college and must move out upon expiration of the contract duration.

3.All the furniture, electrical equipments and commodity series have been registered in International Education Exchange College and remain public property which must be protected by the foreign students during their stay here. Before the foreign students leave here, the above public property should be checked out and verified to avoid loss and damage.

4.During the apartment occupancy, the  foreign students must come back to the apartments before 22:20 (winter) or 23:00(summer). Such  are not allowed  as staying out late and accomodating in other places. Removing from urban areas and staying out all night ( in friends’ homes or others) must be declared to International Education Exchange Department, or for all the consequences arising from the above.

5. The foreign students must not house others and inform International Education Exchange College in case of special situations. Visitors  must leave the foreign students’ apartments before 22:00. Pets, flammable and explosive goods, infection goods are not allowed .

6.Use all home appliances and sockets safely. Before using the electrical equipments, the residents must ask the interpreters for help about the instructions and notices to ensure the safety. Especially, during using the electric water heater to have a  shower ,please pull the plug in case of leakage of electricity and danger. Pay attention to overload of electrical appliances to avoid circuit fire.

7.Keep the window, the door, the curtain before bedtime.If anything dangerous happens, contact us immediately and stop using them. Do not  maintain them selfishly and not remain using in case of personal injury.

8. International Education Exchange college is responsible for contacting the workers to repair the broken facilities and equipments in the apartments.

9.Security guards are on duty the whole day while safety precaution is warned here.

10．No alcohols, no smoking, no drugs, no betting and no fights in the dormitory. If it happens we will deal with it according to the Law of PRC.
